Many moons ago, when I started learning photography, flowers were one of my favorite subjects. I bought different props to set up still life shots using flowers. Well, flowers are still one of my favorite subject but I wanted to focus more on capturing my daughter. In addition, I was being lazy to set up for and clean up after a still life shoot.
During those days, Flickr was my go-to social media channel. Many talented photographers used that platform, and they were always willing to share their knowledge to help other artists become better. Flickr was a real community.
Anyway, I bought these baby roses and thought I could do some quick shots. I can’t decided if I like the pastel tone better than moody one, or vice versa.
